Function:
1.It adopts industrial microcomputer control system,reliable and stably operation.
2. Two pillars fix mould.
3. Servo motor for sheet feeding(function: compare with cylinder, it's more high precision for feeding sheet, avoid unnecessary sheet wasting).
4. Servo motor for streching for upper mould (function: compare with motor, it's more stable for producing products with high quality).
5. Hydraulic pressure system for down mold(function: compare with cam system, it's small noise, more more stable for producing products with high quality).
6. Auto lubricate oil when machine works.
7. Automatic load for sheet roll
9. Adjust track by motor
10. Rewind device for waste material on the top of machine.
11.PID temperature control.
